How it works:
1. Work Doesn't Stop for a Second If the gym loses Wi-Fi or the cable disconnects, FitHouse automatically switches to local mode. The system keeps running: clients scan their memberships, ZKTeco turnstiles open, and the receptionist can check people in. The outage remains completely unnoticed by the client.
2. Smart Auto-Synchronization You don't need to press any buttons. As soon as the internet connection is restored, FitHouse automatically synchronizes all accumulated data (entry logs, database changes) with the central cloud. Not a single visit is lost.
3. Total Control for the Owner (Push Notifications) We added a new feature to the mobile app for managers and owners. If your gym is within working hours, but the system detects a loss of connection for more than 30 minutes, you will receive a Push notification on your phone: "Warning: Branch [Name] is offline".
Now you will know about a technical issue before a panicking receptionist even calls you, allowing you to contact the provider immediately.
