1. Access and Use of Service
By subscribing to the FitHouse B2B SaaS platform ("Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your business entity ("Client") and FitHouse.
2. Subscription and Billing
Services are provided on a subscription basis. Billing cycles are monthly or annually, as selected during signup. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). We reserve the right to modify pricing with a 30-day notice.
3. Data Stewardship and Ownership
The Client retains all rights and ownership of the data provided to the platform (Member lists, financial records, etc.). FitHouse is granted a non-exclusive license to process this data solely for providing the Service. FitHouse is responsible for maintaining industry-standard security measures to protect this data.
4. System Uptime and Maintenance
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via the administrative dashboard or email. FitHouse is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., AWS, integrated bank gateways).
5. Termination
Clients may terminate their subscription at any time via the admin portal. Upon termination, data export services will remain available for 30 days, after which data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the use of FitHouse shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
