- Technical Data: Device identifiers, IP addresses, and platform usage metrics to ensure system performance and security.
3. How We Use Information
We process data primarily to provide and improve the FitHouse platform. This includes:
- Maintaining your gym's operational dashboards and CRM.
- Processing payments via integrated bank gateways (BOG, TBC).
- Sending automated SMS and push notifications requested by your gym.
- AI-driven business analytics and member retention reports.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Integrations
FitHouse does not sell data. We only share information with authorized third-party services necessary for your business operations, such as payment processors (BOG, TBC) and communication providers (SMS Office), strictly under confidentiality agreements.
5. GDPR Compliance & Your Rights
Under applicable laws, you and your members have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of personal data. We provide tools within the FitHouse interface for gym owners to manage these requests efficiently.
